Foundation for Professional Training, Inc. (FPTI)

Each year, the Foundation for Professional Training, Inc. (FPTI) welcomes around 500 young women from underserved families into its schools—Punlaan School, Anihan Technical School, and the Banilad Center for Professional Development (BCPD). Through full tuition scholarships, these students gain the skills and confidence to secure dignified employment, support their families, and break the cycle of poverty.

Complementing technical training is a personalized mentoring program that sets FPTI apart. Each week, every scholar sits down with her mentor in a one-on-one conversation—an opportunity to connect classroom lessons with workplace experience, reflect on challenges, and set personal goals. These mentoring dialogues help young women rise above challenges, build resilience, and chart a path toward self-confidence, employment, and a brighter future for their families.

The fight against poverty in the Philippines continues. While poverty incidence has declined, inequality remains stark. Your support can change this reality. A single scholarship opens the door for a young woman to education, employment, and a brighter future—not just for herself,  but for her entire family. Together, we can break the cycle of poverty, one empowered woman at a time.
