Dear friends,

I would like to convey to you how grateful I am to have this opportunity to lead the team that set the course of American Initiatives in this new stage. From my long and dedicated experience in the nonprofit sector, with more than twenty years of managing organizations in various parts of the world, my greatest desire is to be able to develop more and better projects in American Initiatives.

I join the effort that has been made thus far to promote joint initiatives with women and children, especially in education and empowerment in Latin America and Africa. In these two years since AI has been launched, we will now have to further establish and define new goals for our work, as many more in our world aspire to a better life. To do this, I have the efforts, trust and commitment of all our benefactors, friends and donors.

I am aware that this requires a job done professionally and I assure you that transparency will be my priority, because I know that confidence in the governance of our donations is what encourages us to give.

With the support and help of all who share with us the vision and values of our organization, I know we will make our mark and to promote a more just world.
